For a Girl :
If you want to have a baby girl as your Sim’s baby, make your Sim eat strawberries and listen to some pop music on the radio. Following both the given steps will increase the odds of having a girl.
Pro Tip: These two steps mentioned above are also useful if you are cheating to have twins or triplets. You will have to eat a lot of fresh produce from your inventory and listen to music for hours.
Force Twins or Triplets (with Cheats)
